Job Summary:


In this position, you drive and/or support actions and initiatives on WCM, Quality and OHS methods and tools, in order to support continuous improvement and issues eradication, and maintain local management system.

The position is based in
Ambivere, Italy.

What you will do:


  • Drive and lead World Class Management (WCM) projects and helping to develop a WCM mindset through rapid adoption of WCM teams in Our Project Centre.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety at Customer site procedures, monitor Safety/Environment performances and provide data for consolidation in relevant corporate tools.
  • Maintain a record of Safety/Environment incidents. Conduct incident investigation and ensure all incidents are reported and investigated promptly, causes are determined, and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure that a Safety/Environment training program is in place to cover the significant risks on site and at Customer site. Deliver training to commissioning engineers and site managers about safety at customer site.
  • Maintain the effectiveness of Quality, Safety and Environment management system, with maturity assessments, risk assessments, action plans and continuous improvement activities.

We believe you have:


  • Master's Degree or equivalent, in Quality and Engineering
  • 35 years' experience in Quality Management (focus on WCM) and Project Management.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, quality / continuous improvement and project delivery mindsets, and ability to drive this culture in the team.
  • Unformal leadership, good communication and presentation, and listening skills.
  • Good command of English language, written and spoken, is a must.
