- Be the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions and suppliers.
- Act as point of reference for Customers in the management of the non-conformities.
- Act as point of reference for Customers during the process audits/visits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures.
- Be responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement.
- Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical Analysis.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Positive spirit, proactivity, team working.
- Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
- Experience of 1/2 years in similar roles will be considered a plus.
