TREASURY & CREDIT SPECIALIST

LHH is looking for a Treasury & Credit Specialist for a client company based in Milan, operating in the retail market.

The person will be responsible for the Group daily operations with regards to treasury activities and the collection process and will be reporting to the Group Treasury and Credit Manager.

The role will also include the active involvement and support in all treasury and credit projects and change management activities.

Responsibilities

Credit:

Accounts Receivables booking and customers credit reconciliation
Monitoring customers' credit risk of existing customers and sales orders' credit approval
Credit risk analysis for prospective customers
Negotiation of down payment plans and followup
Take all needed actions to recover past dues including formal notice, opening and management of insurance credit claims, injunction letters, till the last level of judgment in court
Support to subsidiaries on credit activities
Periodical report for stakeholders

Treasury:

Treasury monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliation
Payments to suppliers and taxes
Cash stores reconciliation

Your Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business major is preferred
3/4 years of experience in treasury and credit mgmt, or accounting and administration
Knowledge of credit insurance policies
Knowledge of SAP
Fluent in English
