Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is a Business Group of Freudenberg and a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems as well as household and laundry care products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the personnel monthly closing through the internal system, preparing all reports needed for internal functions (eg Controlling, Payroll, site HR itself, Factory management, employees,..) and for external partners (eg temporary work agencies) and calculating HR KPI's for internal and external use
- Provides HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) towards all assigned organizational units and teams
- Administrates all operational HR processes including organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits
- Supports HR and Business Leads in local training and development matters
- Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday and local payroll system) and coordinates interface with external provides
- Supports the trustworthy cooperation with local works councils
- Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes and standards based on needs and requirements
- Completes essential administration tasks
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience and Education
- Professional education in business administration or similar education
- 1 or more years' experience in business administration as a (Junior) HR Generalist or in a similar function
- English language skills
