Within Italy HR department and reporting to S&I Business Unit HR Manager, the _
_Human Resources Business Partner __will be based in _
_Rome__ and will be in charge of the following responsibilities:_

Within S&I Italy Human Resources organization as
HR Recruitment (12 months duration) you will perform the following activities:

Actively contribute to recruitment process:

- open and advertise positions
- schedule and attend to interviews
- organize and participate to job fairs
- keep continuous link with relevant Line Managers
- support HRBP's in managing temporary recruitments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong computer, Microsoft Office skills
Must have the ability to work with people at all levels within an organization
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
Flexible, open minded, fair and balanced judgment
Fluent in english
