    Lead Grid Engineer

    Our company Brightsmith is seeking a highly skilled Senior Grid Expert to lead grid connection processes for large-scale renewable energy projects.

    About the Role:

    • Develop and implement effective grid connection strategies for utility-scale solar PV + BESS projects.
    • Serve as the primary interface with Terna and Italian DSOs, ensuring seamless project execution.

    The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in grid engineering, strong knowledge of Italian codes, and proficiency in power system analysis tools. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, along with excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
