If you're seeking an opportunity as an Incremental Formulation Assistant, look no further We have an opening in our Global Research department at Syngenta Biologicals headquarters._

_What do we require?_

  • A Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields._
  • Specific expertise in formulation, with at least 1 year of experience._
  • Proficiency in laboratory instrumental techniques such as HPLC, UV, atomic absorption, and chromatographic techniques._
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office._
  • Good command of English._

_What will your responsibilities be?_

  • As an Incremental Formulation Assistant at Syngenta Biologicals, you will:_
  • Formulate new products, enhance existing ones, and assess shelf life for prototypes under supervision._
  • Implement strategies to recover noncompliant products._
  • Assist in liaising with the Regulatory Affairs department regarding the registration process of actives and coformulants._
  • Contribute to scouting and identifying novel raw materials._
  • Establish process specifications for prototypes and evaluate sample batch productions._
  • Provide detailed reports on research data and scientific activities._
