Analyst Business Development - Milano, Italia - Dea Capital Spa

The resource will be part of the Business Development Team and will contribute to the following main activities:

• Preparing financial projections and evaluating potential investment opportunities;
• Assisting with reviewing and preparing investment packages and presentations;
• Assisting with due diligence review, new funds structuring, project closings, and handover of new funds to the asset management department;
• Market Research: synthesize information on competitors, customers, and industry trends to support decisionmaking, perform rent and sales comparison research;
• Maintaining Business Development internal databases and files.

Requirements:

• Recent or soontobe graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of the key metrics of the real estate sector is a plus;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel modeling skills;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Period
6 months with the possibility of a work contract at completion.

Reimbursement
€ 800 per month + € 10 ticket restaurant.
