    Shop Supervisor

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our team on board Costa Crociere. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while maintaining positive employee relations.

    • Oversee all store operational standards, ensuring administrative duties are met and shops open and close punctually.
    • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to develop sales strategies and lead the team to hit financial commitments.
    • Educate the sales team on product knowledge and sales behaviors through continuous coaching and feedback.

    Safety is our top priority. We expect you to promote and maintain safety guidelines while creating a welcoming environment for guests.

    Your Profile:

    • Degree in retail or hospitality (a plus).
    • B2 level of English (spoken) – other languages also welcome.
