The Group Private Equity Portfolio Management is in charge of ensuring an active PE portfolio management and due diligence on new investments at centralized Group level.


Position Main Tasks:

  • Support the Group Private Equity Portfolio Management Team
  • PE Portfolio management, monitoring and valuation on the invested PE portfolio
  • PE performance measurement on the invested PE portfolio
  • Legal & Tax Due Diligence on new PE investments

  • REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Qualification:
  • Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Physic / Actuarial Sciences
  • Specialization in Finance / M&A / Accounting would be a plus

Experience and skills:

  • Problem solving attitude and flexibility on priority dynamics
  • Maturity to take decisions at a very early stage
  • Proactive and strong team working oriented
  • International mindset, independently of previous specific personal experience
  • English fluency, written and spoken, is a requisite. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus

The Generali Group PE investments are performed globally, with an allocation plan in rapid growth.

  • Group Private Equity Portfolio Construction;
  • Group Private Equity Portfolio Management
