Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinating and reviewing technology, electrical design, contractual documentation, grid connection agreements Conducting site visits/mentoring junior consultants on site visit inspections and supporting the production of reports; Carrying out and checking electrical design and equipment sizing studies; Coordinating consultancy activities on allocated projects and acting as main point of contact with the Client; Input into risk management, including construction, operational, and financial risk; Project management, proactively communicating with clients, the internal team and stakeholders to deliver client requirements; #LI-MP3 Preparing proposals and reports; Preparation and management of tendering, negotiation and selection of contractors and key component provider, BoP, O&M, or EPC contracts and planning condition discharging.

Requirements Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification is essential More than 5 years experience in electrical system design for power generation plant (conventional / renewables) and or HV/MV electrical systems Proficiency with AutoCad and power system study software (ETAP/DIgSILENT PowerFactory, Neplan or similar) essential; Proficient with DIALux(or analogous lighting calculation software) and/or DEHN Risk Tool beneficial; Previous experience working for a Consultancy would be beneficial Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English is essential CompetenciesMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterprete it in a perspective wayMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futurePIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefite from the new circumstancesBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationEducationBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
