    Siamo alla ricerca di un E-commerce Specialist/Manager e con una forte visione orientata ai dati per gestire e ottimizzare il nostro store online a livello globale.

    La figura ideale non è solo un gestore di piattaforma, ma una persona dinamica in grado di integrare le strategie di digital marketing con le necessità operative della vendita internazionale.

    Responsabilità Principali

    Gestione Piattaforma: Gestione e ottimizzazione del catalogo prodotti, gestione dei prezzi e funzionalità connesse

    Strategia Digital Marketing: Partecipazione attiva alle attività di promozione dell'ecommerce sui vari canali digitali (SEO, SEM, Social Ads, Email Marketing, Marketplace, altri) in ottica di massimizzazione dei risultati.

    International Scale-up: Gestione delle peculiarità dei mercati esteri (localizzazione contenuti, gestione valute e prezzi, nuove opportunità locali).

    Analisi Dati e Reporting: Monitoraggio costante dei KPI di crescita e individuazione e risoluzione di colli di bottiglia.

    Proattività e Innovazione: Proporre in maniera continuativa, migliorie, nuove funzionalità del sito e partnership esterne per migliorare l'esperienza utente (UX) e il tasso di conversione.

    Requisiti Tecnici (Hard Skills)

    Esperienza Pregressa: Almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in aziende con un forte orientamento al mercato internazionale.

    Competenze E-commerce: Conoscenza approfondita di dviersi CMS e-commerce e delle logiche di back-end.

    Digital Marketing Trasversale: Capacità di dialogare con specialisti di settore (SEO, PPC) e comprensione tecnica delle dinamiche di posizionamento e advertising.

    Gestione Internazionale: Conoscenza delle dinamiche cross-border

    Data Analysis: Padronanza di Google Analytics 4, Excel avanzato e strumenti di Data Visualization.

    Lingue Straniere: Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera sarà considerata un plus importante.

    Requisiti Personali (Soft Skills)

    Proattività: Capacità di agire autonomamente, anticipando i problemi e proponendo soluzioni innovative senza attendere input costanti.

    Pensiero Analitico: Approccio scientifico ai problemi; ogni decisione deve essere supportata dai dati.

    Multitasking e Flessibilità: Capacità di gestire progetti diversi su mercatii e abitudini di acquisto differenti.

    Orientamento al Risultato: Focus costante sulla crescita del fatturato e sull'ottimizzazione dei margini.
