- Participates to new products industrialization in order to equip production process with all tools needed to guarantee expected output in terms of quality , efficiency and costs
- Analyses and proposed improvement to existing processes, within Lean Production e Industry 4.0 programs
- Supports production center manager and OOE coordinator to develop and monitor continuous improvement projects with impact on production process
- Participates to quality circle and contributes by mean of Problem solving tools (Root cause analysis, 5 why's, etc.) to definitive solutions for non-quality issues
- Supports Service Engineers and center managers in maintenance management, and in introduction of TPM
- Fluency in italian and english
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- Planning and organization skills
- Communication skills
- Continuous improvement approach
