Our monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born. It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands. Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category collections.


THE ROLE


We are looking for a Sales Account Intern to join our Eyewear Department who will report to the Head of Sales, Eyewear as part of the growth plan of our Eyewear Business Unit, that provides eyewear collections for most of our Brands.

The main mission of this role is to support the business growth for the eyewear category.

You will assist in managing reports, analysis, and you will assist customer's needs acting as a brand ambassador and maximizing sales.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
- collaborate in managing Business Unit database, in collaboration with Sales Accounts handling the requests of each Account and coordinating next steps with the purpose to acquire new customers.
- support Sales Accounts to prepare periodical reports and presentations, analyzing and elaborating sales data to meet requests by Business Divisions
- support meeting organization, both sales or internal ones, preparing product and sales presentations.
- support Sales Accounts in finalizing sales, collecting and processing orders, confirming orders with customers.
- act as liaison with Customer Service Team, Trade Marketing Team, Product Development Team (or different NGG departments).


WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
  • Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Mac System;
  • Positive attitude, problem solver
  • Handson approach and willingness to work in team
  • Passion for Fashion and Luxury.
