Join us in our External Affairs team and you will provide support in the development and the implementation of the overall Public & Regulatory Affairs action plan, supporting an appropriate engagement and institutional relations plan, in line with Company's global transformation and vision.


Specific Responsibilities:


Support the External Affairs team in all public affairs activities, maintaining and enhancing the external relations with relevant institutional and political stakeholders.


Liaise with consultants to provide a tailor-Importante Azienda legislative monitoring, as well as to follow the public and political debate, in order to identify opportunities and threats and adjust the overall action plan accordingly, with a particular focus on industrial, economic and fiscal policies debate.


Support the External Affairs team in developing and implementing the overall public affairs strategy and action plan, with a focus on the Importante Azienda of the regulatory, fiscal and international trade framework, at national, European and international level.


Liaise with Company's third parties (such as Think Tanks, Universities, Consultancies,) and contribute to the proposal, development and review of projects, studies and analysis - mainly focused on industrial, economic and fiscal policies - in order to support the overall Regulatory and Government Affairs action plan.

Preparation of notes and analysis on the Importante Azienda of the industry scenario and the industry regulatory framework; Public policy analysis; Support the External Affairs team and proactively contribute to ensure a sound, timely and efficient go-to-market/market-access process for Italy;
Prepare briefing reports and assist in preparation of internal documents and presentations.


Who we're looking for:
University Degree in Law, Political Sciences, International Relations, Economics

Knowledge of national/EU law and main rules and procedures

Interest in industrial, economic and public policy debate

Strong communication skills

Fluent in Italian and English


Computer skills:
Word, Excel, Power Point

A valid working permit for EU is requested


What's 'nice to have':
A Previous working experience in similar role is a plus

Problem Solving and Customer orientation

Ability to work both alone and in a team

Strong analytical skills and mindset

Quick learning capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit

Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details

Attitude to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines

Type of contract:
Internship of 6 months length + 6 months of Importante Azienda contract (after confirmation).
