For the Bolzano site, we are looking for a new full-time resource who will report directly to the Simulation and Performance Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Estimating the mass, center of gravity, and inertias of vehicles throughout the various stages of vehicle development, from the preliminary concept to the final design.
• Monitoring mass deviations and promptly reporting them to the Project Manager.
• Following prototype and production vehicle weighing activities and calculating their center of gravity.
• Carrying out weighing operations of individual components or subassemblies.
• Interfacing with the design, testing, and production departments.
• Interfacing with suppliers to obtain mass and center‐of‐gravity data for purchased components.
• Creating and maintaining an up‐to‐date database of component masses.
• Preparing technical reports and presentations.

Key required skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; alternatively, a technical industrial diploma with at least 3–4 years of professional experience in a technical office, preferably within structured companies.
• Ability to read technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software (CATIA or similar).
• Proficiency in standard IT tools (Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to draft technical reports.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software (Siemens Teamcenter) is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of general‐purpose calculation software (Matlab) is considered a plus. xivgfpx

• Willingness to undertake short business trips
