We are looking for and selecting a new intern to join our team._

You'll be under the joint responsibility of the Head of School Relations and ST Sicily management. Your role as Communications Assistant will be to manage and develop ST

Sicily's social networks; in line with the company's communication plan.


You will be responsible for the company's Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn accounts and creating content for ST Sicily's blog.

Your goal will be to develop the following and engagement level of Internet users on each of these socials; based on KPIs and goals established with the company director.


  • Your tasks: _
  • Writing publications (including on LinkedIn)
  • Writing articles for the ST Sicily blog taking photos and videos for social networks
  • Reporting results on each of the social networks by compiling the company's KPI table
  • Responding to messages sent by (potential) customers on these networks and directing them to the appropriate contacts
  • Creating and layout documents used by sales and management using Canva
  • Creating and laying out the company's institutional communication elements
  • Managing the organization and archiving of created content (graphic elements, photos, and videos).
  • Laying the groundwork for managing the animation of the company's Alumni group
  • Animation and creation of content in coordination with the company's clients on site
  • Compliance with ST Sicily's graphic charter and communication plan

Your profile

  • Accurate knowledge of the issues that drive STSicily's target community yearolds)
  • Perfect mastery of social networks and know how to optimize paid marketing campaigns.
  • Mastery of design techniques (Canva, Instagram tools, etc.)
  • Ability to take ownership of a creative brief and, more generally, a communication strategy
  • Good marketing and business literacy are needed to design appropriate publications and visuals
  • Fluency in English to work on international communication campaigns
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish
