    Trade Marketing Manager - Hygiene BU

    Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

    Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

    We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

    About the role

    You will play a pivotal role within the Sales Team by tailoring the Category & Brand strategy and driving excellent execution on the channel and on key Top customers across the 4P: product, price, placement and promotion.

    Your responsibilities

  • Monitor Category and Brand performance through monthly analysis on sell-in and sell-out data
  • Support the whole process of launching New Products: from target setting, forecast planning, salesforce presentation to KPI's tracking, follow-up and recovery plans
  • Develop sales tools for point of sales (displays, POSM...) and for Reps/Kam (category book)
  • Deploy Category & Brands Plans to Sales Team during quarterly Sales & Mkg meetings
  • Build and track the compliance of Sales execution in line with Category and Brand guidelines
  • ROI's post-evaluation analysis of commercial activities
  • Cooperate with Sales force to provide fresh inputs to build solid commercial plans

    • The experience we're looking for

  • Master's degree in economics or engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing and/or commercial role in FMCG or pharma sector; it will be considered a plus a Sell-In Sales experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude.
