Webuild, leading company in the construction sector, is looking for a
Physical, Personal and Travel Security Manager for its
Rome or
Milan office.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and assess the risk levels for personnel and facility structures (offices, warehouses, accommodation) of the Operating Units;
  • Assess the risks relating to the physical safety of personnel with reference to local and global movements (Travel Security) and permanence in areas at risk, in order to define the appropriate security measures to mitigate them;
  • Define physical and personnel security measures in terms of types of security services and their sizing, technological solutions, specific operating instructions and procedures and security documents;
  • Implement identified security measures, in close collaboration with the resources of the responsible Operating Units, in compliance with the defined times;
  • Support the Security Incident Management and Security Crisis Management activities in coordination with the Corporate functions involved and the competent job order areas;
  • Prepare security information notes for local and expatriate personnel and accompanying family members in the risk contexts of the Operating Units;
  • Analyze security training needs in relation to specific areas and types of risk;
  • Define, in coordination with Group HR and Organization, contents, materials and methods of delivery of the training/information sessions.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience;
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of a second language will be an asset);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Knowledge of management models and implementation of security solutions;
  • Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies;
  • Knowledge UNI 10459;
  • Knowledge and implementation of physical and personnel security measures
