- Long term Contract Opportunity - Hybrid - Bologna


On behalf of one of our global clients, RED is currently looking for a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to lead a team and support them with one of their ongoing projects.

  • Location

  • Bologna/Hybrid 3 days/week expected onsite
  • Capacity 5 days/week
  • Duration 3 year project with rolling extensions


  • Languages

  • Italian and English (mandatory)
  • Start
  • Rate Euros/day all inclusive, slightly negotiable
  • Preferably located in Bologna or nearby, willing to commute

Requirements:


  • Strong previous experience in lead and management roles in IT Service delivery
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Strong ERP experience, preferably in either/both SAP and Oracle
  • Knowledge on ITIL discipline
  • Drive internal service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
