Affiancherai gli azionisti ed il top management delle aziende clienti nella soluzione di sfide di business complesse, dalla definizione della strategia all'execution. Nell'ambito di operazioni di M&A, sarai responsabile della valutazione di società, aziende e partecipazioni con footprint nazionale ed internazionale di concerto con advisor strategici, legali e fiscali.
In particolare ti occuperai di:
Identificare il valore economico di aziende, rami d'azienda, progetti industriali e beni immateriali;
Gestire processi di valutazione nel contesto di operazioni straordinarie;
Predisporre e analizzare piani industriali.
Your unique strengths
Hai una laurea in Economia o in Ingegneria Gestionale e hai passione per gli ambiti di Valutazione d'azienda, M&A, Transactions Services e Financial Due Diligence
Hai conoscenze contabili e dei principi di riferimento internazionali (Italian Gaap e IFRS)
Hai competenze di analisi di bilancio
Hai familiarità con le principali metodologie di valutazione d'azienda
Parli e scrivi in inglese con fluidità grazie ad esperienze di studio o lavoro all'estero
Trovare soluzioni innovative a problemi complessi è una sfida cui non sai rinunciare
Hai ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative e adori stare in team
