Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.


The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).


Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.


Position:


The Publication Manager will have to take care of and supervise the whole process of Publications elaboration and delivery related to the Sport area.


Responsibilities

  • Coordination of Sport Publications activities in close contact with the Sport services area, following the indications of the International Olympic/Paralympic Committee (Sport) and the specific needs of the area.
  • Responsible for the contents of the Sport publications: sport information books, sport information guide, competition forms, test event publications, International Federations reports, Paralympicspecific Sport publications and other unspecified;
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of the development process of Sport specific editorial products in collaboration with the Editorial Services area;
  • Management and coordination of the positions of your area within the functional area of Sport;
  • Report directly to the Head of Sport services the status of the activities;
  • Define the main objectives of its activity as well as lines and timing of implementation.

Requirements:


  • Excellent skills in work organization and planning
  • Good knowledge of the Sport world and the Olympic world, especially relating to winter sports;
  • Ability to work in teams, meet the deadlines and adapt to the multidisciplinarity and flexibility required;
  • Excellent language skills, italian and English are mandatory;
  • Excellent ability to process texts in English and Italian, photo selection and ability to synthesize written communication;
  • Good knowledge of the main Office tools, especially Power Point or specific software for the graphic appearance of texts.
