IT Desk Site Support - System Analyst (m/w/d)
as a System Analyst (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions regarding hardware, applications and support them with your expertise in solving IT problems.
Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets.
Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionality
User- and device management (e.g. hardware, licenses, equipment) including documentation
Support business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvements
Attention to data and system security and privacy compliance
Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outs
Collaborate with site leader and management team
Daily participation in regional meetings
Your Profile
Completed IT education (e.g. Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar
3 to 5 years of experience in the role
Work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areas
Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
Experiences with Microsoft Office product family
Basic knowledge about IT infrastructure
Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility
Ability to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
Good English skills
