    What you will do:

    - Analyze field performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

    - Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies.

    - Prepare and maintain field operations reports, ensuring accuracy and actionability.- Collaborate with operational teams to address and resolve technical issues.

    - Contribute to compliance monitoring by identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.

    - Leverage digital tools and technology to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.

    - Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend optimization solutions.

    - Stay informed on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in field operations.

    Work site: Hybrid Model

    What are we looking for:

    - Degree in Engineering suggested

    - Preferably 1+ years in photovoltaic plant maintenance

    - Strong knowledge of maintenance process in photovoltaic area- Ability to lead initiatives and contribute to process transformation.

    - Fluency in Italian and English.
