MISSION

Scope: Chloé Leather goods & Small leather goods industrialisations activities, reporting to the Chloé LG Technical Director.

Main missions:

• Put in place all the technical necessary actions to allow the Manufacturers to produce the leather goods products accordingly to the standards of the Maison.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND EXPECTED RESULTS

As a leather goods industrialisator for Chloé, your key responsibilities will be:

• Pattern check after the sample stage
• Check of process standards
• Implementation of the technical instruction in the manufacturing plant
• Realisation of the production mould suitable for the mass production
• Validation of Recoupe and MGP with the Technical Director and project managers team
• Standardisation of the products accordingly to the Maison standards

INTERLOCUTORS OF THE FUNCTION

Within Chloé:

• Industrial Director
• Industrial Development Director
• Technical atelier team (pattern makers and technical industrialisation)
• Production Director
• Project manager team

Required Experience/Skills

We are looking for a candidate with:

• At least 10 years experience in leather goods (bag and small bags) technical matters
• Deep knowledge of the manufacturing process
• Collaborative approach
• Proactive approach, rigor, good organisation skills, target oriented, very deep knowledge in leather goods and technical standards
• Italian spoken (English and/or French is a plus)
