Role Overview


Stella McCartney Supply Chain Planning Team is the key player in the S&OP processes within the Company, at global level ensuring a smooth flow of finished goods from suppliers to stores.

The team spread the main dashboards containing the top insights related to all the Stella McCartney Operations functions.


Within the team, based in Novara (Italy), the "Supply Chain Planning Analyst" will report to the "Supply Chain Planning Manager" supporting the function providing data analysis and reports to deliver excellence in lead time and let the finished goods hit the floor when needed, where needed.

Key Responsibilities


In charge for the management of the shipping requests from Customer Service; In charge for the data analysis related to logistics insights and at the forefront detecting potential issues; In charge for the daily stock allocation processes to pursue any business special needs (special events, capsule, etc.); Key User for Company's ERP system across different departments; Interacts constantly with Productions teams, Customer Service and Logistics.

Profilo


Requirements:

Engineering or economics degree (bachelor or master degree).

1-2 year of experience in similar context will be appreciated; Attitude to work on different tech systems, curious to understand processes and data; Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; MS Office proficient (focus on excel); Fluent English written and verbal.

Italian language mother tongue / or business level; Proactivity in solving problems; Team working.
