- Producing, editing, proofing and formatting documents, research papers and speeches
- Ensuring data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving
- Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
- Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the assigned business unit
- Working closely with other administrative support staff to ensure close communication and coordination
- Agenda management
- Management of expense reports, absences and attendance and internal authorization procedures for the team
- Economic/Linguistic Studies/Law/ Political and Social Sciences Background
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Open to multitasking
