As the Adecco Digital & Technologies Team, we're looking for a Retail Product Marketing Manager to join the Italian Marketing Team of a prestigious Tech Company leader in the IT Industry.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop deeper context to inform analysis
Create marketing content to ensure that positioning of the product is aligned with the product strategy
Provide input to and collaborate closely with junior and midlevel MA counters to better understand data or products
Develop product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy
Develop and manage medium to largescale campaigns, assets, communications
Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization, define channels for reaching and engaging users, and contribute to integrated channels to meet target
Help conduct strategic analysis, identifying, evaluating, and recommending ways to optimize business performance and deliver bestinclass execution within relevant PA, function, or subfunction with some guidance

What are the qualifications we're looking for:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Economic and/or Marketing fields
At least 3 years of experience in the same role
Previous experience in a Mobile Company would be a plus
Excellent written and oral presentation skills in Italian and in English (B2)
Strong analytical & problemsolving skills
Great knowledge of Google Suite
Direct experience with creative agencies
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
Ability to effectively operate in a fastpaced environment and in a dynamic and constantly evolving context
