L'operatore di produzione opera nel processo produttivo per il turno e l'area di competenza.
- Si occupa dei reparti di produzione a lui affidati.
- Garantisce il corretto passaggio delle consegne ai colleghi montanti ed il tempestivo conseguimento delle consegne stesse all'inizio del proprio turno lavorativo.
