About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced O&M Manuals & Training Manager to join our team in Italy.

As an O&M Manuals & Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring proper interface management between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;
• Ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals and milestones within project schedule;
• Develop and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize high-priority feature release work;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes;
• Review and implement customer feedback;
• Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases.

Requirements:

• Integrity;
• 2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;
• Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems;
• Ability to develop working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications;
• International experience and ability to manage international projects;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Experience in Lean and Agile Organization.

• Experience in editing software programs.

Education:

• Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering degree required.
