Mission
Bulgari Spa is looking for a Digital UX Analyst to join the Digital Marketing Team based in our HQ in Rome to improve the existing online journey and create a unique online luxury experience.
Directly reporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager, he/she will be responsible for analyzing, understanding, and presenting data collected to optimize the customer journey and identify the main UX optimizations which will result in AB tests, direct evolutions, as well as quick-wins and personalization activities.
Main Accountabilities
- Conduct comprehensive customer journey audits and share valuable insight for each marketing campaign
- Influence onsite experience by presenting advanced analyses and help identifying optimization opportunities across the website working closely with IT, Digital and Ecommerce teams
- Be proactive in UX use cases and recommendations for tests and improvements to be carried out
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance impact of key UX improvements (features/ functionalities) as well as A/B tests launched on the website
- Update dashboards and presentations on a regular basis to support planning, execution, and analysis of marketing activities
- Analyze, connect, visualize, and present analysis results to different stakeholders at different levels of management transmitting insights and motivations to support the various stakeholders and guide them in decisions.
- Run benchmark analysis and collect digital best practices within the market to boost engagement and conversion
Profile:
Requirements:
- Masters' degree preferably in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of customer journeys and proven ability to transform customer needs into quality experiences
- Strong knowledge of different methodologies and qualitative and quantitative UX research tools
- Experience in building dashboards for data storytelling through a visualization tool
- Ability to analyze raw data, identify trend drivers, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- Creative thinking with demonstrated success in driving innovation from vision to execution and delivering tangible business results
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- Fluency Italian and English (both spoken and written) is a must
