Prodeval operates in 4 interdependent industrial fields: biogas purification, green mobility (BioGNV, BioGNL), CO2 liquefaction, and services to the operator (maintenance, training, etc.) totaling €130m of turnover in 2021 and 340 employees, spread over 5 countries.


We are PRODEVAL ITALIA SRL UNIPERSONALE (100% PRODEVAL Group), a company working in the treatment and upgrading of Biogas from the Anaerobic Digestion of organic waste totaling €20m of turnover forecast in 2023 and 15 employees.

An independent and human-sized company, we provide our clients with tailored solutions for Biomethane production and distribution.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Project operations and execution:


  • Assign and schedule tasks for project management, engineering and production followup, delivery, construction, and commissioning phases of the sites.
  • Report to the country managing director.
  • Manage project management team and site management team.
  • Analyze and improve existing organizational processes and workflows and create new ones when required.
  • Ensure integration of all project activities, especially project management, construction, and commissioning.
  • Support Managing Director in building alliances and partnerships with other organizations (vendor selection, technical integration of equipment, audits, technical and economical reviews, problem resolution).
  • Manage and resolve technical problems and customer conflict.
  • Manage budget and expenses related to Operation Services.
  • Lead profit center performance.

Team leadership

  • Hire, train, and coach staff, and oversee daily activities.
  • Onboard new employees, conveying and promoting the company's culture.
  • Manage team performance: set up SMART objectives, follow team's KPI, and conduct regular status/update meetings.

Subsidiary development

  • Provide accurate and timely reports.
  • Support technical sales development (RFQ analyses, validate specs, review of nonstandard quotes).
  • Participate in technology and competitor watch for territory.

CONDITIONS:


  • Fulltime
  • Based in Piacenza. You will be traveling through Italy.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • An Engineering degree is required.
  • Experience as a services manager in the mechanical or electrical industry.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing through contracts.
  • Strong teamwork, ability to instruct and motivate others
