- Support the Team in the organization of activies with the employers, managing all the tools and channels offered by the University (to name some: job posting, organization of recruitment and career counseling events, organization of on campus and off campus initiatives).
- Managing career counseling one to one and classroom activities to guide students and graduates in their job search.
- Screening the job market, attracting prospect and fostering existing relations with domestic and international employers
- Collect data and prepare reports concerning activities, events and initiatives organized by the Team.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis.
- Support the Team in all the daily activities. Requirements
- Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path,
- Fluent in English and Italian,
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- Curiousity towards the job market and its evolution (recruiting, employer branding, soft skills, new professions, market trends),
- Strong digital approach,

This internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will allow the person to deeply understand the logic of a service-oriented company, with a particular focus on Bocconi University relations with its main stakeholders.
The intern will work in one of the following Teams:Finance, Government &, Legal In particular, the intern will be involved in the following areas:
