Position:


We have two excellent opportunities for a talented professionals interested in making a difference in our Commercial team in Giunti Psychometrics.

The role of
Account Manager will be based one in the north-west of Italy (Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia) and the other in the center of Italy (Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, Marche)and they will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.

We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative professionals.

They will be part of the Commercial Team reporting to the Head of Sales Italy, and they will be assigned one to Trentino-Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia and the other to Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, Marche as geographic area.

They will be responsible for selling products, services, solutions, or projects.

They will use prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policies/strategies.


Job responsibilities will include:

- dealing with customer needs,
- promoting Giunti Psychometrics products and services,
- developing proposals,
- driving the customer in all sales phases,
- developing profitable relationships in order to achieve the assigned sale objectives and develop new business opportunities,

  • Providing constant updating of the activities through the corporate CRM

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Health environment,
  • University Degree,
  • From 5 years to 7 years of demonstrable experience as Account Manager,
  • Prior experience in pharma or medical area to execute policy/strategy,
  • Driving license (B mandatory),
  • Resident in the northern and central italy,
  • Negotiation skills,
  • Reliability, flexibility, and great interpersonal skills,
  • Aptitude with teamworking and meeting deadlines,
  • Understanding of English language
  • Strong oral and written communication skills,
  • Problem solving ability.
