- Contribuisce ad assicurare l'adeguata pianificazione della produzione nell'ambito temporale della settimana e del giorno, attraverso l'assegnazione dei compiti agli operatori, nel rispetto del budget e delle indicazioni del Planning.
- Assicurare la produzione – garantendo anche gli slot dedicati alle attività di convalide/ri-convalide – nel rispetto delle quantità, dei tempi e della qualità della produzione pianificata, attraverso la supervisione delle attività produttive, il controllo del Batch Record e della documentazione di reparto relativa alle mansioni svolte, nel rispetto del master batch record, delle esigenze del cliente in termini di quantità, tempi, qualità, delle GMP, delle procedure e degli standard di qualità aziendali.
- Supporta la leadership nella vigilanza sull'applicazione delle SOP, attraverso il rispetto delle indicazioni del master batch record, la verifica dei campionamenti di processo, l'assicurazione che i dati registrati relativi alla produzione siano conformi alle GMP ed alle procedure vigenti prima dell'invio al Quality Assurance, nel rispetto delle politiche e delle procedure di qualità aziendali.
- Supporta il controllo dei costi e la verifica dell'andamento dei medesimi, nel rispetto del budget assegnato.
- Supporta il Manager nell'assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività inerenti il campionamento chimico e microbiologico e la compilazione della relativa documentazione, secondo quanto previsto dalle SOP vigenti

La risorsa opererà in un reparto dove viene eseguita la Visual Inspection, semi-automatica e manuale, di farmaci sterili in flaconi (forma liquida e liofilizzata) o siringhe pre-riempite.
I prodotti da sperlare arrivano da un portafoglio clienti bilanciato tra nuove aziende farmaceutiche che si avvicinano allo studio clinico di fase I/II/III e big Pharma che si approcciano alle nuove tecnologie (es. prodotti mRNA) rendendo l'ambiente di produzione PDS dinamico, stimolante e orientato al miglioramento continuo.
Il Leader della produzione, che riporta al Visual Inspection Supevisor, collaborerà quotidianamente con la qualità e tutte le altre funzioni del sito per raggiungere la soddisfazione del cliente e consegnare il prodotto ai pazienti.
Il lead svolgerà un ruolo di coordinamento delle attività a lui/lei affidate assicurandosi di ottenere l'oppoertuna collaborazione degli operatori.
il suo contributo è cruciale in termini di ottimizzazione dei processi e dei flussi.
SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE/RESPONSABILITÀ:
È responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di quantità e qualità delle attività di produzione del Reparto VI PDS, attraverso la pianificazione, ed il controllo delle attività produttive del reparto, nell'ambito temporale giornaliero e settimanale, nel rispetto delle procedure e degli standard di qualità aziendali, delle normative di sicurezza e di impatto ambientale e delle indicazioni del superiore.
