We are looking for an Order Management and Account Coordinator to join our Indirect Order Management team, in this role you will manage and monitor the end to end process of spare parts sales orders.

You will also take care of the set up and maintenance of items and prices (Master Data Management).

Your main responsibilities will be:

Unlock Orders, locked in Oracle workbench, in WOM (Web Order Management tool)
Manually enter spare parts orders not managed via WOM (Web Order Management tool).
Provide customers with order status / delivery / parts availability information in a timely and efficient manner.
Check the orders portfolio to ensure their fulfillment on schedule (backorder hold orders, etc.).
Monitor system alerts to solve any anomalies in order fulfillment or invoicing (opening of Service Requests).
Manage spare parts emergency requests.
Manage and monitor shipment anomalies in close contact with Canon Europe colleagues and with our logistic partner.
Manage RMA (return material authorization)
Manage ship to creation requests for indirect sales customers.
Support tracking of local spare parts stock and sales to partners.
Provide support to the Service department for checking parts availability / handling anomalies.

What we ask:

Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Fluent English
2 years experience in similar position
