- Perform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt and good issue) regarding national/international shipments, verifying conformity of the received/issued products and to the documentation, compliant with import/export norms.
- Manage pertinent data in the system; follow up discrepancies with sender between physical and documentation situation.
- Perform and manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to company procedures.
- Manage external relations with customs, client, shipping agents, etc. respecting import/export rules (where applicable) and liaise with internal customers in order to plan logistic activities.
- Manage/perform product intra-plant movements and register pertinent data in the system.
- Perform periodically inventory of stock and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to F&A procedures and indications.
- Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Represent the logistics support in events.
- Support the management on KPI analysis and update logistic dashboard, as well as on optimization and implementation of new flows and tools.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
- 1/2 years' experience in similar roles within structured environments or consultancy firm.
- Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse and stock management
- Project management tools and techniques
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) - SAP as a plus

Position
Bulgari Gioielli, within its Supply Chain Department based in Rome , is searching for a High Jewelry Logistics - Inventory Control & Stock Management Specialist (TEMPORARY CONTRACT – 6 months).
The candidate will manage all logistics activities/processes for raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company F&A and Logistics procedures.
