    Amevista è una giovane e dinamica azienda operante nel settore dell'occhialeria di lusso, che distribuisce migliaia di brand nel campo della moda, distinguendosi per un'esperienza di acquisto personalizzata.

    In ottica di ampliamento dell'organico, ricerchiamo una figura di Customer Care Supervisor.

    La risorsa si occuperà di:

    • Supervisionare le attività quotidiane del team di Customer Care, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi di risposta e delle policy aziendali.
    • Supportare e guidare il team, motivando le risorse e promuovendo il raggiungimento degli standard di qualità del servizio.
    • Condurre meeting periodici con il team per monitorare performance e obiettivi.
    • Collaborare allo sviluppo e all'implementazione di processi operativi e flussi di lavoro per incrementare la customer satisfaction.
    • Gestire personalmente i ticket assegnati, garantendo tempestività e qualità nelle risposte.
    • Analizzare e produrre reportistica giornaliera e periodica sulle performance del team.

    Il profilo ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

    • Esperienza significativa (almeno 5 anni) nella supervisione di team in ambito Customer Service.
    • Comprovata capacità di gestione delle persone e lettura dei dati sulle performance.
    • Stile di leadership chiaro e motivante, con capacità di coordinare il team e garantire risultati di eccellenza.
    • Approccio proattivo e professionale, ottime doti relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving.
    • Madrelingua/fluente in Italiano e Inglese (C1-C2).
    • Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (Francese, Spagnolo, Portoghese, Tedesco, Olandese) è considerata un plus.
    • Ottime capacità di comunicazione
    • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

    L'inserimento avverrà con contratto a tempo indeterminato, con una RAL compresa tra e €.
