Position DescriptionYou will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Security Department of NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Sigonella.

Position Duties/ResponsibilitiesYou will coordinate with other Personnel Security competencies on security clearance related issues including access suspensions, clearance revocations and denials, derogatory information reporting, and foreign travel reporting requirements.

You will communicate security policies and standards for command compliance with security regulations and standards.
You will investigate real or potential Security Incidents to determine if a violation or infraction occurred.
You will implement policies and procedures for Industrial Security programs.
You will write reports on security problems or security investigations making recommendations for corrective actions to management.
You will maintain records of security actions, activities, and incidents in various databases and records management systems.
You will investigate real or potential security Incidents to determine if a Violation or Infraction occurred.
You will establish and certify a classified Open Storage Space in accordance with applicable regulations.
You will administer and manage Personnel, Information, or Industrial security programs to support operations.
