    Cybersecurity Delivery Manager
    La persona sarà inserita al nostro interno e prenderà parte al team impegnandosi nella guida e nel coordinamento delle iniziative di Cyber Security su clienti nazionali ed internazionali di diversi settori.
    La persona sarà coinvolta sulle seguenti attività:
    Gestione end‐to‐end della delivery di progetti e servizi di Cyber Security, garantendo tempi, qualità e aderenza agli obiettivi concordati con il cliente.
    Coordinamento dei team tecnici sulle attività di progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni di Cyber Difesa (es. Advanced Threat Protection, SIEM, IAM, Data Protection e DLP, Cloud Application Security, CASB, Security Access, SOAR).
    Pianificazione delle attività di progetto, definizione e monitoraggio di milestone, deliverable, effort e rischi, con gestione delle eventuali criticità ed escalation.
    Supervisione della conduzione di gap analysis e security assessment, assicurando che gli output si traducano in piani di remediation concreti e misurabili.
    Definizione e monitoraggio di KPI, SLA e indicatori di qualità relativi ai servizi di sicurezza erogati.
    Contributo al continuo miglioramento dell'offerta di sicurezza difensiva, identificando opportunità di evoluzione tecnologica e di ottimizzazione dei processi di delivery.
    Attività di pre sales, cross selling e up selling.
    All'interno di questo ruolo, il/la candidato/a avrà modo di supportare direttamente il Sales Manager
    nella gestione della pipeline progettuale e del portafoglio clienti, assicurando una corretta prioritizzazione delle iniziative e l'allocazione efficace delle risorse;
    nel presidio della relazione con le controparti clienti, fungendo da punto di riferimento per lo stato avanzamento lavori, le issue di delivery e le nuove opportunità progettuali;
    nel miglioramento continuo dell'offerta e dei modelli di erogazione dei servizi di sicurezza difensiva (metodologie, template, standard di delivery).
