About this role:


These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders;
  • Steer and manage the team to reach the recruitment targets;
  • Oversee the performance of recruitment agencies, managing them to meet the KPIs and SLAs;
  • Translate recruitment needs to the recruitment marketing team and discuss feasibility with them as well as hiring managers;
  • Take ownership of the recruitment processes and continuously improve processes;
  • Keep in contact with your international peers to share best practices

What will you bring to the table?

  • Experience leading and coaching a team and steering on KPIs;
  • At least 2 years' of experience in a volume recruitment team;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team members;
  • Strong analytical skills, proven track record of reporting and having used data to improve workflow;
  • Excellent stakeholdermanagement skills, internally and externally;
