Provide support posture and planning recommendations to the Country Program Manager

Plan Future Support Operations to support training at remote locations
Plan and monitor support operations and take appropriate action to ensure training support requirements are accomplished
In coordination with functional area members, develop longterm sourcing strategies to improve efficiency in supporting all training requirements
Propose innovative business solutions and technical approaches to ensure business area and program success
Develop, deploy and maintain projects KPIs
Clients coordination and supportJob description:
Managing day to day operations of the business unit, assessing the allocation of resources as needed
Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Fortigent Operations Support team through improvements to identified functions
Prioritizing departmental projects and initiatives
Ensuring advisors receive the highest quality of service
Maintaining a working knowledge of all Fortigent reconciliation and performance reporting functions
Assisting in the resolution of escalated issues, taking ownership and ensuring resolution
Scheduling and approving leave requests
Administering reviews, development plans and performance counseling.
Monitor subcontractors to ensure a good work is carried out properly.

Requirements:

Degree in a technical matter, with specific training in management system, English required.
Very valuable knowledge of types of wind turbines and different manufacturers
Knowledge of leadership and management principles, good communicator with the ability to act with his team
Ability to solve conflicts between employees.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, mainly Excel program.
Will be required to travel occasionally to for business.

Stipendio:
€50,00 - €60,00 all'anno
