The project manager value stream mapping & processanalytics for Cluster MPT Euro documents the actual processes involving allrelated stakeholders and interfaces in the Cluster Medium Power Transformersand develops the future processes under consideration of the implementation ofthe new S4 SAP system.

In cooperation with the different functions and our 3locations (Trento, Italy, Dresden, Germany and Linz, Austria) the new processlandscape is created in BIC Cloud tool.

How You'll Make an Impact

Find improvement potentials in our processes
Improve lead times in various areas of the organization,mainly engineering and manufacturing
Reduce waste and manual effort in the organization
Benchmark processes of different location to find goodpractices
Push digital maturity and lean maturity in the entirecluster

What you bring

University degree (BSc,MSc) in Engineering, BusinessAdministrator or related field
Knowledge of Lean principles for value stream analysis
Expertise in process mapping
Data analysis skills (collecting, analyzing and interpretingdata)
Experience in change management desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communicationabilities
Extensive project management experience
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project managementadvantageous
