    Con il ruolo di IT Healthcare Consultant per Werfen in Italia, siamo alla ricerca di un professionista con esperienza nella gestione dei dati attraverso le reti di comunicazione e conoscenza dei flussi in ambito di laboratorio di analisi.

    L'obiettivo principale sarà quello di supportare i clienti utilizzatori delle soluzioni IT tramite telefono e tool remoto fornendo risposte appropriate ed essere punto contatto qualificato assicurando capacità risolutive elevate.

    Sarà necessario collaborare con i colleghi del reparto Service Clienti Linee Marketing Sales Specialist Responsabili xrdztoy Commerciali Key account manager Sales Area Manager Service Area manager e ITDO.

    Responsabilità

    • Trovamento della causa radice delle problematiche

     

    • Gestire l'escalation logica ticketing al collega ITDO specialist/Responsabile tecnico zona progetti complessi
    • Ottimizzare procedure operazioni prevenzione miglioramento esito positivo customer satisfaction credibilità marchio mediamente attesa da cliente prima dell'intervento
