Quality Assurance Specialist:


JOB MISSION


Define the requirements about quality management system to improve the efficacy and efficiency of company processes and the actions necessary to define and monitor the Davines quality with focus on the compliance quality company documents.


DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage company certifications ISO22716, COSMOS, ISCC ecc
Manage the documentation company sistem (SW GMP)

Drive departments in drafting new Procedures Operating Instructions and Templates
Drive departments in documents review
Internal and external audits
Analyze and supervise company processes


PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Technical degree (chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy ecc.)
2/3 years of experience gained in the same role, preferably in in the pharmaceutical and food companies;
Good knowledge Cosmetic Regulation (CE) n.1223/2009
Good knowledge of ISO 22716, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 31010, ISO 31004, Law 690
Good knowledge of the English language;
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;
Good knowledge of Office 365
Good knowledge of advanced Excel and Power BI functions
Establish procedures necessary to quality and draft related documentation.
