Are you a detail-oriented and data-driven person with a keen interest in digital marketing? Mister Worker is seeking a
Paid Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team.

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our e-commerce platform.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals and develop effective Google Ads strategies.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve ROI targets.
• Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.

• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, with a focus on Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of all Google solutions (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)

• Knowledge of French, Spanish or German.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Previous experience with Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
• Previous experience using Graphic tools (e.g. Canva).
• Previous experience managing Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Practical experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Exposure to a fastpaced ecommerce environment.
