    Commercial Asset Manager

    Utility-scale solar PV | Rome (hybrid)

    Role overview

    A growing independent power producer is expanding its Commercial Asset Management capability to support an increasing portfolio of revenue-generating solar PV assets.

    The role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and investment and focuses on optimising commercial performance, managing contractual obligations, and supporting long-term value creation across the portfolio.

    What the role offers

    Key responsibilities

    • Commercial management of operational solar PV assets
    • Oversight of revenues, costs, budgets, and financial performance
    • Management of PPAs, service contracts, and insurance policies
    • Coordination with lenders, insurers, and external advisors
    • Support for reporting, refinancing, and investor requirements
    • Close collaboration with technical asset managers and O&M providers
    • Development and improvement of commercial asset management processes

    Professional background

    • Experience in commercial asset management, finance, or operations within renewables
    • Strong understanding of contracts, asset-level economics, and cash flow management
    • Experience working with external stakeholders, including lenders and advisors
    • Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving organisation
