    The Opportunity

    Join our Power Integrated Circuit (PIC) product line as a Senior Systems Engineer, where you will be the strategic link between our industry-leading customers and our internal engineering teams. You will be responsible for defining, verifying, and supporting the next generation of our regulator and lighting products. This is your chance to become a technical expert in key applications, architecting solutions that will power the future of e-mobility, clean energy, and advanced industrial automation.
    What You'll Do

    • Develop the specifications, product architectures, and algorithms required to win in our target markets.
    • Dive deep into customer applications within the automotive and industrial spaces, learning their requirements and becoming a go-to expert.
    • Verify the performance of our Power ICs through hands-on, application-based testing in the laboratory.
    • Create the critical collateral—datasheets, application reports, and reference designs—that our sales and applications teams need to secure major design wins.
    • Work closely with Design, Test, Safety, and Quality engineering teams to ensure our products are robust, reliable, and testable from concept to production.
    Who You Are
    • You hold a BSEE or MSEE (or equivalent) with a deep understanding of analog and digital electronics.
    • You have 4+ years of industry experience in Power Converter Applications or Power IC Design.
    • You have a solid foundation in PMIC and/or switching regulator topologies, EMI mitigation techniques, PCB layout, and lab testing.
    • You are proficient with a variety of lab equipment and test methodologies.
    • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to create and deliver clear technical presentations to both customers and internal leadership.
    • You are willing and able to travel nationally and internationally to support our global customer base.
    It's a Plus If You Have
    • Knowledge of simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink, SIMPLIS/SIMetrix, or LabVIEW.
    • Knowledge of system architecture for key automotive applications (e.g., EPS, Braking, EV Traction).
    • A background in the semiconductor industry, including manufacturing and packaging processes.
