    Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro. All'interno dell'area L&S, per la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un / una Business Product Designer. Il ruolo prevede la configurazione in Universo di prodotti e stampati ramo Vita o l'implementazione su essi di nuovi processi. Le attività si svolgono in contesti progettuali e BAU, per cui sono necessari capacità di pianificazione, un forte orientamento al risultato e doti relazionali per interagire al meglio con colleghi di funzioni diverse. Inoltre, sono previste attività di manutenzione, con analisi delle richieste di supporto provenienti dagli utenti, ed eventuali azioni correttive. È richiesta la conoscenza dell'applicativo utilizzato (Fabbrica Prodotto di Universo e BeyonDoc) ed una buona conoscenza dei processi di gestione tipici dei prodotti Savings e Protection. Costituisce elemento distintivo la conoscenza aggiuntiva degli applicativi PassProdotti e PassDoc.
