• Task description:
• Consult on fund/ grant and facility management procedures;
• Team leading/ project management;
• Overseeing tasks of the overall team including:
• General facility management,
• Implementing partners project selection and due diligence,
• Implementing partners project implementation,
• Procurement,
• Disbursement,
• Implementation of Environmental & Social Management Framework (ESMF) and Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF),
• Capacitation of FONERWA and partners,
• Technical planning,
• Feasibility study implementation advice and development training,
• Technical planning advise including preparation of the needed ESHS documents, and related training.
• Qualifications:
• International grant management expert with program coordination/team leading expertise;
• Master's degree in disciplines related to grant management, business administration, accounting, finance, or similar;
• 15+ years of projectrelevant experience incl. grant/fund management, expertise to manage and coordinate the planning and implementation of a facility, leadership and coordination of experts, project management, team leading and procurement procedures;
• 5+ years professional experiences team leading and/or project management positions;
• 4+ projects related to grant and facility management, preferably in the context of institutional development projects incl. experience in designing and implementing grant and facility related processes and procedures;
• Experience in Rwanda or the region.
